why am i still awake?

DNA stands for deoxyribonucleic acid.
It is the doublehelix makeup of our bodies.
Built of Adenine(A), Thymine(T), Cytosine(C), and Guanine(G). It all makes up a basic blueprint of life.
DNA is in everything as complex as humans, to a blade of grass, or dandelion.
It's a crazy thing to think about.
SOme simple alters between our DNA could make us completely different life forms. The other way to think about that, is how similar we are to all the life around us.
I've been thinking about this a lot lately. It's really interesting, actually.
Any minor mutation in DNA can cause horrible outcomes, and make people, animals or plants seen as 'imperfections.' Which is quite unfortunate, because it is so simple to have mess-ups like this.
It's fun to think about how things could be different if we added one adenine, and three thymine to our DNA structures. It would change us quite drastically. Such small things, that do huge things.
I'm rambling. Just sharing some stuff I've been thinking about.

tomorrow is the last day of school. :c
i liked school. and this is the first time EVER, that i'm not ready for summer.
the only final i have left to take is in art. that should be easy enough.
exceptttt...i sort of screwed over my final assignment.
we had to make a self portrait out of construction paper.
but, i got frustrated, and instead of using darker colors of the paper to show shading, i used marker.
and it looks way better than it ever would have this way.
it'll be hilarious to see how any points she docks.
unless she decides not to be a bitch.
but that's too much to ask of her.
